Now that you know, though….I don’t know, maybe this is crazy, but what if we just…kept going? I know, I know, I know, I’m being stupid, it’s borderline insane, it won’t work, it’s wrong, I’m a liar, we shouldn’t. We can’t.

- Create your equivalent of Velcro on the sole of feet or spray can under wings (if it serves you)

4. Do a sense diary-
write down the 5 senses in your notepad and fill it out throughout your day. This is to build an awareness of your own senses. Do this everyday! 

You can record these in advance of rehearsals or before 11.30am in Tuesday’s session.

4. Prepare your performance space for rehearsals by

Think about the set up you might use for self-tapes:

- Neutral Background

- Good lighting (you can stick your phone light or a lamp behind your

camera/webcam if you don’t have a ring light)

- Experiment with whether you want to be able to sit or stand - maybe have a couple of options prepared depending on how much space you have to play with. (e.g. I have a high stool that I put my laptop on when I need to stand, or sometimes I’ll join the zoom call twice: on my mobile- so I can use my tripod with better camera quality; and on my laptop - so I can still see everyone)
 
 We’ll use the “performance set-up” for scene work, but when you’re doing more chilled creative chats feel free to use the more relaxed settings we’ve seen so far.
