According to the response of 28 investors and analysts from the survey that was conducted by Bloomberg, many investors would be standing on the sidelines until the president is able to present a concrete and competent plan on how to solve the rising poverty, strengthen health care, dealing with inflation and managing our debt. I believe that it is important to address this because the impact of the state of the economy directly affects our daily expenses which in turn affects our daily lives. We can currently see the effect of the peso and dollar exchange rates. Higher peso-to-dollar exchange rates mean that inflation will keep on occurring and the purchasing power of Filipinos will only weaken. I am confident that addressing this issue is essential in relieving the financial situation of every Filipino.
