If I were Ruby, I would feel unsure about whether I should be in this all-white school, and angry because people were only discriminating against me because of the color of my skin. I would feel less confident of myself.

I would be mad to all the white people for just the color of my skin, which is natural. I have to go to a different school just because I'm black. I am treated differently because of my skin?!

If I were Ruby I would feel a mixture of sad and very mad because all these white people hate me just because of the color of my skin. Those people should be ashamed of themselves because they are discriminating Ruby just because of the color of their skin.

If I were Ruby I would feel very nervous and insecure. I would feel this because first people who I don't know show up to my house. And then I would have to go through a crowd a people who seem to hate me. And after that I am going to a new school with people who don't like me.

If I was Ruby I would feel scared. If all these adults are yelling at her, the kids will probably do the same. Alongside with frightened I would feel hesitant to go in the building, because I would be the first person of color to go to a white school.

If I were Ruby, I would feel a mixture of anger, sadness, and pride. I would feel angry because nobody wants me to come to their school because of the color of my skin. I would feel sad that the white people don't want me at their school. I would feel proud because I would be the first African-American girl to go to an all white school. I would also feel proud because even though the majority of the people don't want me at their school, the president said it's okay

If I were Ruby I would be scared but in the end I would be glad that the police helped me in the school and I would try as hard as possible to ignore all the mean people screaming 2,4,6,8 we don't want to integrate.

I would be so confused. Whites came to my house and brought me to a public school. But, I would also be so furious. When I arrived at the school, whites we're rioting against me. Just rioting against me.

I would feel out of place, an out-cast, like an outsider, and terrified of the other people... I would not want to enter the school full of kids that hate me

I would feel like I was an alien compared to other children, I wouldn't step one foot inside of the school because of how harsh they were, I think that Ruby Bridges is brave to even go near the school. I would be extremely overwhelmed.
