         <description><![CDATA[<div>almost everything!!!! my appetite is very big now. i weigh 150 and my metabolism is high rate . I really don't gain no weight like how i'm to suppose. I eat unhealthy !! i eat a lot fast food which is not good for me. I will learn how to cook real soon . I know when i get in my 30's i know my weight gone catch up to me . One of goals this year is to eat healthy and exercise.  Eating fast food is not good for me at all and i know that ass well. I dont' want to be fat at all . I had watch this show called 600 lbs and it really motivate me to not eat so unhealthy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I love breakfast:) one of my favorite of all time. I feel like breakfast is the most meal of the day. Eggs , Waffles , Sausages, Oatmeal , Cereal , Milk ,Bacon , Pancakes. Maybe even Fruit can be added . I love them all  ! Breakfast food is very healthy , One of the most common breakfast food that is very healthy is eggs . Oatmeal is good for your skin .  I can eat breakfast all day long. I feel like it gives you energy in the morning especially if you work in the morning.</div>]]></description>

People use food as a escape goat to expressed they feelings sometimes. People use food to relieve stress. Sometime people eat the way . They so depressed they eat up their feels . Today diabetes, heart disease, cancers and lung disease, are the leading cause of global death. One or two 500 million people are thought to be pre diabetic or diabetic. That is disease that is solved , in part , by food .Obesity related disease is  health systems and national budgets concurrently under strain from the economic crisis.
