I propose developing an online module on ePortfolios for employability purposes. I expect the course will be ready around October. 

From November 2022 to February 2023, students will take the course and develop their ePortfolios. These students will be a pilot group, so I aim for 30 students from different programmes. I would like to make sure that my workload allows me to give them iterative feedback as well as evaluate how their review and give feedback to each other. 

I will evaluate the project implementation in terms of students' learning experiences as well as how they develop professional identities. Finally, I will use the results to improve the learning design and launch the course to wider students in Semester 1, 2023 (February).
