ANS. My span of control is my team of Analysts whom I head. I had to clearly choose my team in order to get the best work and I had to delegate by keeping individual needs for the team as well as needs for the firm together. It is hard to delegate but important in any job to attain maximum work at the best effeciency. It helps us keep the work standard high and also dynamic.

ANS. Employee trouble especially in my team is handled collectively for small matters. We have team meetings every week to get to speed about work done and to be done as well. During these meeting all if any employee troubles are answered and also corrected. For bigger problems, they go through a chain of hierarchy through our branch manager.

ANS.
As Aristotle said - criticism is something you can easily avoid by saying nothing doing nothing and being nothing

But everything has a way to look at external criticism could be looked from the positive aspect everything said about the company could be taken into consideration and the company could work towards it
Internal criticism occurs when the employs are not happy or something other reasons I would have a manager at any level personally paying attention to such criticism seeing the reasons for it and thus taking certain actions
