For celebrities, it can be a perfect tool in maintaining the connection with observers and fans through keeping them interested in daily life happenings of their idols. Moreover, Instagram has also the power to turn average people into minor celebrities or also known as the “Instagram famous” or “instafame”.

There is no such thing as an upgraded version of Instagram. It is also supported by lots of advertising.

Yes, especially with regards to unintentional oversharing of personal informations. Identity theft and cyberstalkers get much information from the victim primarily through the lack of privacy awareness and implementation. As a responsible user of social networking sites, I will refrain from sharing too much about my life especially from posting my location to avoid certain circumstances that may be life threatening.

-       No, snapchat has only one version, it doesn’t offer premium versions. 

-       Snapchat will only access basic information about the user. It also needs access to the user's location, contacts, photos, microphone and camera.

-       Yes, we should limit personal information that we would share through this app. The app, however, has certain options that a user could choose from - for example, the "story" of a person can be viewed by only his/her friends, or could also be by everyone even though the user don't know him/her.
