One of the biggest changes we can make - starting late FY21 and moving into FY22 we have lots of opportunity.
The opportunity to build an 'in the moment' culture for growth and real time feedback has the potential to have so much impact.

- culture (intentional) - we currently dont have that, we want to grow it (its currently not baked in, it's currently not natural)

- DEI.- building and evolving / growing our culture
- experiences and values that are ever present and the 'norm' as part of everyday life
- Building the structure and infastructure for this to exist in
- I don't know if architecture is the right word - open to the word architecture

The idea of doing fewer things better - we are still going to be working really hard, shipping out things for employees - but our team needs to think about EDIT and be DISCIPLINED
