         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br></div><div>Good health is worth more than the greatest wealth. In that I believe unconditionally! Unfortunately nowadays many people don’t. More often I see boys and girls to smoke and to drink alcohol. Most of them just turn their back on sport. Sometimes I think they don’t care about their health. Once my good friend told me: ‘I live once’. I never understood it. <br><br></div><div>I have always been asking ‘When I live once why should I do not use my body perfectly?’ Many people are addicted to alcohol and cigarettes and most of them will say that they have a reason about that. Did you know that cigarettes are also known as the plague of the 21<sup>st</sup> century and alcohol is one of the most common reasons why family falls apart? Reasons why people get addicted to cigarettes and alcohol are different starting from financial problems, sickness or personal issues. People are trying to hide them but they can’t. <br><br></div><div>One of my favourite quotes is “The sun sees your body; the moon sees your soul.” Nothing can be hidden forever. I remember when my friend was abandoned by his girlfriend and he began drinking. He was broken. I felt bad and useless because there was nothing I could do. After a few weeks he began smoking cigarettes. Now he doesn’t think about her, but he still can’t stop smoking. He is waiting for the right time.<br><br></div><div>Don’t give the wrong person the right part of  yourself because they will let you down. Life is only as good as your mind is. Think positive and stop waiting for tomorrow, or next year, or for life. It’s true that time is healer, but if you smoke and drink in this situation time is against you. Many people can’t change their life even if they want to. Imagine a person; let’s say he is sixty-eight years old. He doesn’t have a wife or children or even a home and he is very sick because of alcohol and cigarettes. What would you do if this man were you? If you are alone? Think about that. Most people don't take care of themselves and that is wrong we can’t replace our health like piece of gum.<br><br></div><div>We have to know what good health&nbsp; is to us- mental and physical and how much we care. It is good to care as much as possible,&nbsp; it is like a balanced act. If you are strong in body, you are strong in mind<br><br></div><div>For some people doing this is difficult. Not all accept themselves to do what is said that's why it is not only physical. You will lose your happiness, normal way of life and your personal right to live good. Health is not only the absence of illness, health is much more comprehensive. If you don’t eat junk food – you’re healthy. If you do sports – you’re healthy. And if you have a peace of the mind – yes, you’re healthy. That’s why we should be keen on&nbsp; living a healthy life. We shouldn’t take it as an obligation, but we have to accept it and start loving this way of living.          <title>Healthy lifestyle</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is the food and why do we eat it? It is really a very important question. Most people have no idea how the food can help them. How it can improve their health… And how great it can make them feel. And now the question is what do we have to eat to be healthy and at the same time to feel good?!<br><br></div><div>Firstly, if you are following a diet that restricts certain foods or food groups, and you enjoy it, keep doing it. There is no ‘perfect’ diet for everyone, and no one can tell you what the right diet you can follow is. But if you aren’t following a diet and you want a long-term success you have to know something – controlling calories and eating plenty of whole foods. Having ‘fun’ food with moderation and control often leads to less overeating and a positive relationship with the food. The result is less stress and more freedom ultimately.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Secondly, if you want to feel happy for a long time, you have to eat something that gives you energy and makes you happy after you ate it, not only when you are eating it, for example chocolate... When you are eating chocolate, you feel so happy but after that your stomach doesn’t feel good and wants to eat more and more. Of course the result of this is awful. You eat more calories than you burn which often leads to overweight.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Finally, food is 80 % of healthy lifestyle but 20 of this is sleeping enough, doing some sport and drinking more and more water. The sport you do should make you feel fun, and it shouldn’t be boring, and it shouldn’t make you feel too tired…<br><br></div><div>Eat healthy food, sleep enough, do some funny sport.          <title>Health in our values and thoughts</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have asked myself what is real wealth. Every day I hear different answers and with this question I can understand what people’s values and thoughts are. For ones real wealth is money, for others wealth is in the material things, but for me the most important thing is good health. <br><br></div><div>On the one hand, there are so many people who are in perfect physical and mental condition and the most ironic thing is that they don’t appreciate it. Sometimes we should get to the edge of the abyss to realize what we have and what matters. People are yearning for fame, fortune and easy life and at the same time millions people with diseases dream to be in good health. <br><br></div><div>On the other hand, there are so many ways to keep our health. One of the easiest is to be in nature. Nature has something magical that fills me with unprecedented energy and it is full of beauties. I prefer to be in nature and listen to the sound of silence, birds and quiet winds rather than go to a club full of people I don’t know.<br><br></div><div>Finally, I would say that every person should have real values and appreciate what he/she has and be happy of that fact. As for other kinds of people they will understand what they have when they lose it.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Health is the greatest wealth. A person in his life goes through all stages of development. <br><br></div><div>In order to live well we are looking for a high-paid job. We live in lodgings and we dream for getting credit for buying a home, boasting a new car, new clothes, getting up early, and picking up public transport that takes us to the workplace. At lunchtime we eat something on our feet or we miss lunch at all. In the evening we get the same transport, which leaves us at the same stop, from where it took us, we buy something from the store to cook at home fast, we go to bed, and we almost did not find time to talk to our loved ones. <br><br></div><div>We get up in the morning and our everyday life goes in the same way. And so, living day after day, we forget that at one point our body refuses to listen to us, just does not obey us, it is sick and helpless. Once we realize that we are losing fight with our everyday life, we begin to look for ways to regain our previous strength and power, to feel fresh and smiling, to enjoy everything around us. Then we understand that we have lost our health and we are looking for ways to restore it.<br><br></div><div> I constantly repeat to myself that I am the most important person on Earth because when you take care of other people and forget about yourself, then it takes a long time to remember that you are also a human. I learn to enjoy little things, to value health more than anything else and to feel life again. Health is our greatest gift.          <description><![CDATA[<div>What is wealth? In the dictionary it is stated that the meaning of wealth is a great quantity of money, valuable possessions, property or other riches. While this holds true, I am sorry to tell you that the real wealth is happiness and health, and I will prove it to you. <br><br></div><div>Health is wealth because without it no one will be able to work productively and therefore, there would be petite chances and opportunities for earning and making money. To generate income, one has to work and that cannot be done if he or she is ill and is incompetent to do physical activities. <br><br></div><div>This is why it is important to be healthy. Being healthy not only makes you able to be wealthy but it makes you happier. Exercising on a regular basis to keep you healthy releases chemicals called endorphins that produce a happy state of mind. Also, waking up early is something you should consider. Why do you think the CEOs of some of the most powerful companies in the world wake up ridiculously early to head to the gym?          <description><![CDATA[<div>There is a very common and true saying that health is wealth. Good health is always the most important asset in one’s life. It is the real jewel of it, the most precious possession of man. <br><br></div><div>People go through all kinds of stages of development. We want to own houses, drive cool luxurious cars, wear expensive clothes and to be honest to you, we all set targets but we never realize that one day our health/body will leave us. The only thing we care for is to achieve our goals and sometimes we fail while we are trying to accomplish them. We get upset, stressed and mentally have a breakdown. We just push ourselves to the limits because we think that the jewel of life is hidden in material things, but no… it is actually hidden in you. Just think about it. <br><br></div><div>There is no point in owning a house with a garden when you are not able to mow the lawn on your own because your body is already exhausted for the additional work. There is no point in owning a car when you are mentally not well. There is no point to hear that you have a problem with your eyes because you were staring at the computer too much at work. Maybe because everyone knows that this is the most important thing in life. Good health is real wealth. But is wealth health? Most people think that wealth is money, houses, expensive cars, phones and clothes. But the real wealth is the health. Because you can never be rich if you don’t have health. Health is something priceless that no one can buy from anywhere, but it is so underappreciated. Sad, but true. Humans are ungrateful and until something is not lost, they don’t understand its value. All over the world there are so many unlucky people with serious diseases who live more happily than absolutely healthy people. That’s because they appreciate every second, every moment and every person in their life. <br><br></div><div>To live happily people need to have healthy lifestyle. And what does healthy lifestyle mean? Actually, having healthy lifestyle is hard nowadays. Because we live in a world where nobody cares about anything. And when people eat something unhealthy they don’t care about it, they just say “Everything is unhealthy”. Healthy lifestyle is a way of living. People who keep it up are trained to care not only about themselves but about the others, too. Healthy lifestyle means eating quality food, drinking lots of water, walking, running, training any sport or just doing the best for your mental health. I think that keeping healthy lifestyle is something like respecting your own body, because you are giving it the chance to live more. <br><br></div><div>Everyone will leave this world one day, but why does it have to be so soon? Why people don’t want to live longer? Young girls and boys are ruining their lives by smoking, drinking alcohol and even using drugs. What’s the point of living like that and why to be no one when you can be someone? The newest dangerous trend among teenagers is smoking hookah also known as shisha. The consequences of smoking shisha can be very dangerous to the health of the user. Shisha is a water pipe filled with tobacco or fruity tobacco. Smoking shisha is thought to be not as harmful as smoking cigarettes, but on the contrary, shisha smoking is more damaging to the himan body than cigarettes. There is a full range of risks connected with shisha smoking. Hookah smoke is filled with dangerous toxins which can cause cancer. Even though teenagers know smoking is dangerous they keep doing it, because they think it is cool.          <title>Imagine you don&#39;t have a good health. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Imagine you don't have a good health. What would happen ?&nbsp;<br>First, you would have problems maybe with your eyes , head , stomach or any part of your body. You would have pain. If it is a serious illness you might go to the hospital every week. It would be a hard situation. You would have difficulty to do your daily activiries ( like going to scgool, walking, talking, eating etc.) and it would cause problemsto your family too. That's why you should do your best to protect your health. But how ?&nbsp;<br>Let me give you some advice. First of all, you must eat less but do sport more. If you say you don't like doing sport , at least you can walk. Being clean is also important. So you musttake shower and brush your teet regularly. Spending too much time with technology is aslo harmful to your health.          <title>Your Life Is In Your Hands</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>  First of all, we all know that health comes first. We can not do anything as long as we don’t have it. Because it effects our whole life and everything we do and everything we want to have depends on it. If you want to drive the most expensive car or wear the most fashionable clothes etc. you can’t do it without health. So as you see, real wealth is not money. It is your health.<br><br></div><div>  So, if our real wealth is our health; what should we do to protect it? Let me give you some advices to protect the most important thing of your life: health. You should drink 8-9 glasses of water a day. It helps you eat less and function the metabolism faster. It also prevents you to feel tired and have headache. Then, you should exercise daily. You don’t have to do it for hours, just putting a limit to yourself and doing it daily will be enough. You should be careful about your cleanliness. You should cut your nails when they’re long enough. You should have a bath regularly, brush your teeth twice a day. Also, you should take care of what you eat. You shouldn’t eat fatty foods, fast food and convenience food. They will effect your whole body and make you gain fat. So you should prefer healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. Besides, you should wash your hands before your meals. Also, sleep is very important. You should sleep 8 hours everyday, not more or less. It will keep you fit.<br><br></div><div>  These are some keys to have a healthy life, to increase your wealth. If you do these, you will have a much more happier, healtier and more productive life. This definitely affects our health and more and more people suffer from nervousness. <br><br></div><div>Worldwide it is said that technological advances save time and energy – yes, that is true but they definitely have an enormous impact on our health – computer programmers often have headaches and eyesight problems, children  at school or at home don’t do anything except for staying in front of the computers.<br><br></div><div>No one, however, cares a lot about it. We don’t pay attention to what we eat, what kind of lifestyle we have, and how we look after ourselves. Hospitals are full of sick people. And again, nobody thinks about it until it is too late. <br><br></div><div>Personally, I think that good health is real wealth. Money cannot buy your well-being or nice lifestyle. Your completely new car and large house would not cure your pains.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Being healthy is a very important thing in life. It can manipulate your mood significantly in a positive or a bad way. Health is considered by many people the most important part in life because it can strip you away from a lot of activities and it can give you a negative attitude. On the other hand it can make you positive and bring good vibes.<br><br></div><div>I agree with the people that think that health is like a treasure. It can influence your life in many different ways. Every person has been in bad health for some time and will agree that is not the best thing to happen from all the things that could have happened. But most of the time we are to be blamed because we do it to ourselves. We don’t dress well for the occasion or we don’t eat as we are supposed to.<br><br></div><div>We take health for granted and don’t really realise how good is to be in a good physical and psychological state. The first example that comes to mind is when you catch a flue and you start thinking about how good it was when you were healthy. You get in a negative state of mind and stay at home to recover as fast as you can. Things like that can be avoided most of the time if you pick the right clothes going outside or elsewhere so you don’t get cold and stay warm. Our diet plays a big part in that too because if we eat our macro and micronutrients we are most likely not going to catch a disease. There are many other things that can put us down but the moments we remember are the happy ones so those are the ones that really matter.<br><br></div><div>Most of the time happy moments happen when you are in a healthy state.          <title>What does health mean to me?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is the real meaning of the word "wealth"? Is it something that we can buy or earn only with working and sleepless nights? I think that one of the first steps to be healthy is to sleep well at night. I am a teenager and I give a lot of importance to my sleep. <br><br>/If I don't get enough sleep, I can't do anything as I do it when I don't need sleep./ When I have enough energy, I complete my works correctly. If I don't sleep enough at night, I get aggressive and I have headache. I can't even listen to people that speak loud to me. <br><br>People spend their time and give their health for saving money. They are spending more time at their workplace than with their family and friends. I don't think that there is a more important thing than people around us, our happiness, health and satisfaction.<br><br> My father got sick four years ago. His stomach was the sick area of his body. He underwent urgent surgery. After that he couldn't eat some food that he wanted. Only soups were allowed to him. Four or five months later he started eating some of the food that he earlier ate.<br><br> He was smoking before this incident but after that he stopped. He was drinking coffee but he stopped. He became another person after he left these bad habits. He was better than before. He was smiling more, too. I think he tasted the fear of losing his life. About a year later the darkness came back. He couldn't stay without smoking more than few months. He started with two-three cigarettes a day. He said: " I'll leave them".<br><br>But the result was that he didn't. Every day he was smoking more and more. He still doesn't drink some beverages but the cigarettes are the thing I hate the most since I know myself. The cigarettes are my nightmare even if it is sunny outside and it isn't night<br><br>What I want to say is that our health is in our hands. We decide what we do with it.          <description><![CDATA[<div>            It is very true that health is wealth. Good health is real wealth means ; money can't solve all our troubles.<br> Good health is the most important part of our life and we should protect our health.<br><br>            Good health is really more important than wealth and other things. If we weren't healty , how would our life be like ? You can imagine that. For example ; you could have problems with stomache . Although it was the smallest problem , you would have pain. And you want to get better. I think ,you shouldn't be sick .Well , what can we do for not being sick? <br>Firstly ; you should eat healty food and drink water. You should do exercise. And then maybe you should listen to music to relax. Maybe you can do yoga.<br>In order to protect our health we should do breathing exercise correctly.<br>Then you shouldn't smoke ın order to be healty. If you smoke ; cancer , diabetes,<br>hearth disease , fatal disease risks will increase day by day because of unhealty life.<br><br>              Don't forget that your life is very important.          <title>MOVE FOR YOUR HEALTH</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>  This century brought amazing things that make our life easier. Such as computers or smartphones. We can do anything fom our chair. Do you need a taxi? Don't worry, you can call UBER. Some people go to nearby market by car! I think there is a problem. We don't move to reach something. We just press a button and done. We don't effort. We have cars, elevators and comy chairs in our office. We don' even go to caeteria for lunch. İronicly we barely move but we calculate how much calorie we must take in a day one by one. We must do everything in a balance.We can't be really healthy by just eating less. We must move, I mean do sports. BUt doin sports not only mean doing hard muscle-built exercises or swimming or playing basketball. Walking fo twenty or thirthy minutes, running slowly oreven using stairs will be enough. The main point is movement.          <title>HEALTH IS WEALTH</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Without health there is no happiness , no relax life and no success. In my opinion , health is more important than money. You can buy everything with your money but you can't buy healthy life.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; I think that the most important thing to be healthy is eating the right food. You can't be healthy if you eat unhealthy food. For maximum health ,1.75 of your intake at each meal should be vegetables, fruits and whole grains. You must limit intake of sugar , salt and fried foods. You should also reduce your portions and proceseed food intake.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Just good nutrition is not enough to be healthy. We must know some simple rules of hygiene. We must wash our hands before&nbsp; eating and brush our teeth after eating.We shpould have shower twice a day. We also should clean&nbsp; and air our house everyday. Without cleaning , it is very difficult to maintain good health.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Physical exercises also keep us fit. There are different kinds of exercises. We can walk a kilometer or two everyday. We can do yoga exercises.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Most importantly, we should enjoy life , bounce bach after difficult experinces , feel safe and secure for mental health. Don't forget !          <description><![CDATA[<div>Health and well-being<br>Health and well-being<br><br><br>Good health is worth more than the greatest wealth. In that I believe unconditionally! Unfortunately nowadays many people don’t. More often I see boys and girls to smoke and to drink alcohol. Most of them just turn their back on sport. Sometimes I think they don’t care about their health. Once my good friend told me: ‘I live once’. I never understood it. <br><br>I have always been asking ‘When I live once why should I not use my body perfectly?’ Many people are addicted to alcohol and cigarettes and most of them will say that they have a reason for that. Did you know that cigarettes are also known as the plague of the 21st century and alcohol is one of the most common reasons why family falls apart? Reasons why people get addicted to cigarettes and alcohol are different starting from financial problems, sickness or personal issues. People are trying to hide them but they can’t. <br><br>One of my favourite quotes is “The sun sees your body; the moon sees your soul.” Nothing can be hidden forever. I remember when my friend was abandoned by his girlfriend and he began drinking. He was broken. I felt bad and useless because there was nothing I could do. After a few weeks he began smoking cigarettes. Now he doesn’t think about her, but he still can’t stop smoking. He is waiting for the right time.<br><br>Don’t give the wrong person the right part of  yourself because they will let you down. Life is only as good as your mind is. Think positive and stop waiting for tomorrow, or next year, or for life. It’s true that time is a healer, but if you smoke and drink in this situation time is against you. Many people can’t change their life even if they want to. Imagine a person; let’s say he is sixty-eight years old. He doesn’t have a wife or children or even a home and he is very sick because of alcohol and cigarettes. What would you do if this man were you? If you were alone? Think about that.
