         <description><![CDATA[<div>Zoom offers users the ability to meet virtually and make decisions in real-time. It affords its users options to collaborate remotely on projects at times that suit them. Zoom can provide a transformative experience for students in stage 3 of the continuum because it taps into the independence required to set up meetings, stay on task, hold group members accountable etc. Zoom allows students to share screens to facilitate collaboration.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since I was introduced to this web tool Flipgrid has increasingly become one of my favorite apps to use to encourage student voice. Flipgrid allows students to connect with others by forming a community of learners.  I think this would be a success for students who particularly struggle with sharing in front of a large group and writing a lot of information. Flipgrid is suited to this activity because the design language of the platform facilitates the post/feedback dynamic. Users are able to make their posts in a creative way and easily give and receive feedback from all users who have access to the same flipgrid topic.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Voicethread is aptly suited for this activity because the tool affords users with the ability to post a comment using video, voicenote or by typing. This allows students to choose the format that suits them. Many times our students are hesitant to start an activity for fear of messing up or not being confident in the area that they are asked to demonstrate learning. Voicethread gives students the opportunity to develop agency and regulation through multiple avenues of contributing content. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It took me a little time to decide on which tool to use here but I finally settled on Thinglink. With this tool students can create resources for a topic or project and share with others. It's a good fit for this activity because it allows users to keep all their links in one tool that they can access anywhere on the cloud. For this activity Thinglink allows users to independently move back and forth within the platform to find the resources that they need to complete tasks thus regulating and self-directing their learning.</div>]]></description>
