Gender discrimination and double standards are highlighted in this narrative. What is a book exactly to us readers? After thinking about what a book really is. I think a book for some or most people who really like to read it gives them happiness, relaxation, encouragement, and comfort. I, personally, don't really like to read books. But when I need to read books and if it is a requirement I really need to and it’s okay for me but thinking of reading a lot makes me really lazy. I am more into watching movies and I am more into listening to music or podcasts. 

So what is really a book when it closes, what’s worth its weight in gold? For me this line means that after you read a book you ask yourself what lessons did you learn from that book. This line gives us what knowledge we got from the story. It helps us know what we felt after reading the story. And it helps us to understand the book we read. First before we read a book we can ask ourselves when the book closes, what’s worth its weight in gold? When we ask ourselves this question before reading we really appreciate and understand well what the story is all about.
