Behaviorism is completely different from the above theories. The assumption is that human beings respond to conditioning thus they will be ready to learn when conditioned properly. To begin with, people are given specific behaviors which they are supposed to undertake. According to the theory of radical behaviorism, people’s conscious plays no role in determination of behavior.

Cognitivism is a learning theory that focusses on how information is received, organized, stored and retrieved by the mind. It uses the mind as an information processer, like a computer. Therefore, cognitivism looks beyond observable behaviour, viewing learning as internal mental processes.

Behaviorism focuses on the idea that all behaviors are learned through interaction with the environment. This learning theory states that behaviors are learned from the environment, and says that innate or inherited factors have very little influence on behavior .
Reinforcement; to the behaviourism

We should use positive reinforcement to change some negative behaviour.

Such as in dps we could tell our student to turn on the camera as a reward of of any marks or positive certificate .

Instead of giving a negative reinforcement giving them absent if they did not turn on the camera.

It's a self directed learning. Environment is very important. As a teacher we need to create a positive environment. We need to encourage the students. Learners will learn only when they enjoy. In humanism the learners will play the active role. The teachers will guide them.

Behaviourism is based on the idea that humans and the environment are connected. A human acts according to his own environment, they are offered few other chances to act otherwise. For example, a psychologist trained a dog to salivate at the sound of a bell. This is a kind of conditioning that is based on an exact science rather than theory. Behaviourism states that humans inevitably act according to the influence of their surroundings. Many psychologists and educators use that to their advantage to condition test subjects (or students in the case of educators) to act in a particular way.
