They turned themselves to Jupiter and they earned their freedom. Prometheus saw how devastated they were. Prometheus wanted to help them by giving them fire. He asked Jupiter if he could give the people fire but Jupiter rejected and said the "MIghty Ones" shall thrive. Prometheus did not like this answer and never listened to Jupiter ever again. 
Middle: Then after Jupiter rejected Prometheus he went and got to the place of the sun. Then he got fire and brought to the people. He taught the people many things and how to use fire, and the civilization was thriving because of Prometheus teachings. When Jupiter became known of what Prometheus had done he wanted to make the people miserable and came up with a plan. He molded a woman, and sent her down to Earth to be Epimetheus wife.
End: When she arrived everyone admired her beautiful. Everyone called her Pandora. Epimetheus was so amazed by her beauty and they got married. Pandora also came down with a little box. Pandora wanted to open the box even though Athena told her not to. She opened the box and evil came out and flew around the room. Quickly, Pandora closed the box and closed the lid tightly so they couldn't escape. Jupiter's plan had failed. He went to the place of the sun and gave the people fire. He taught the people how to use fire and from that built the civilization bigger and they thrived. When Jupiter got notice of this he was furious and wanted to make the people miserable. He made a woman out of mold and sent her down to Earth to marry Epimetheus. When the woman came down everyone thought she was beautiful and they called her Pandora. She and Epimetheus go together. She also brought a little box to Earth which Athena warned her not to open. Pandora rally wanted to open it and she did. When she did evil came out and she quickly closed the lid so it would never come out again. According to the text, " The Story of Prometheus and Pandora's Box" it says,  They were the sons of one of those Titans who had fought against Jupiter and been sent in chains to the strong prison-house of the Lower World....Prometheus did not care to live amid the clouds on the mountain top. He was too busy for that." This shows how the poor people lived in the Lower world were the prison was and it says that Prometheus doesn't care to live on the mountain which is referring to Mount Olympus.

According to the text, "The Story of Prometheus and Pandora's Box" it says, " Not a spark will I give,” said Jupiter. “No, indeed! Why, if men had fire they might become strong and wise like ourselves, and after a while they would drive us out of our kingdom. Let them shiver with cold, and let them live like the beasts. It is best for them to be poor and ignorant, that so we Mighty Ones may thrive and be happy.” This shows how Jupiter has all the power because Prometheus goes to him for an answer. It also shows that the power is corrupting him because he just wants the power for him and he doesn't want to use his power to help people in need.
