My people lived on this land before anybody considered this their home. We have lived one with nature and always respected what the earth has provided for us. Many of our ancestors have prayed and received blessings from the Rattlesnake Creek; it is a holy place for us. When you strip the land of its beauty and life, you begin the cycle of destruction; no good can come from it. Preserve the land, respect the spirits and holiness of the place.
