2. For every place he goes, it has a meaning.
3. Christopher/Alexander Supertramp and his sister. Christopher is very independent. He wants to give up the material things, and live life on his own. His sister is very concerned about her brother. She seems very innocent and sweet.
4. Christopher has been given everything since he was little, and now he wants to try something new. That's why he run away from home.
5. Prelude: we get to see, that Christopher is from a wealthy familiy.
Presentation: Christopher has just finnished college, and his grades is high enough to get him into Havard. His mom and dad are very controlling, and wants to make sure he is okay. In reality, Christopher want it to be different.
Elaboration: He wants to be independent and try something new. He thinks that everything has become too materalistic.That's why he decides to go into the wild.
Point of no return: As soon as Christopher steps out of the first car, he has now begun his jurney.
Escalation of conflict: After a while without any food, he is starting to starve. He finds some dangerous and poisonous plants, without knowing it, and eats them.
Climax: Christopher wakes up the morning after eating the plants, feeling sick. He finds out, that he has eaten some poisonous plants, and is going to die if he doesn't get help soon.
Fade-out: When he realises that he is going to die, he prepares himself. He washes himself, put on some clean clothes and lay himself on his bed in the magic car. Then he dies.
6. Happy, dramatic and emotional. The music is happy ind the end, because he dies happily.
7. Yes, it changes after the events scenes.
8. The Beach, this movie is also about a man, who's on a island where people doesn't really like the society. The only difference is, that here Christopher is on his own, and on The Beach it's a lot of people that's together about it.

Yes. The locations fits the theme. Every location has a special meaning for the story.

Christopher/ Alexander Supertramp is the main character. He is 23 years old, and wants to go to Alaska.
Mom and dad: His parents are very controlling.
Sister: Younger sister, and she helps Chris.

4. What happens, what is the plot?
Chris leaves his home, and goes into the wild. He meets all kinds of people. He changes his name to Alexander Supertramp. He wants to go to Alaska, and to be happy and free.

Prelude: The mom wakes up, and the dad says "he is gone".
Presentation: You meet Chris, his sister and mom and dad.
Elaboration: Chris leaves his home and family, and start his adventure to Alaska.

Escalation of conflict: He meets all kinds of people. He gets more and more hungry.
Climax: He wakes up after eating the plants. And he feels sick. He read that he is going to die.
Fade out: He gets him self ready to die. Takes on his clothes, and lies in bed. Then he die.

That depends on his mood. If he is happy, then the music is happy.
And if he sad the music is sad.
When he dies, the music is puping in takt with his heart.

Yes, it makes you feel a little bit more in one with the movie.

The message is that happiness is something you have to share with others. Otherwise it is not something special, and meaning full.

11. You are out of control, and you do what you want to do. You test limits.

Christopher is very smart, he
graduated with very nice grades, so he could become everything he wanted. But he choose to go on an adventure, instead of the busisness way. He wanted to find happiness in the nature instead of humans.
The sister is very worried about Christopher, and we often hear her voice speaking about Christopher wealth.
4. The plot is that Christopher goes on an adventure to explore the wild.
Then we follow his road into the wild. he gets a lot of friends on his road, and get experience from he's new friends. In the end Christopher get sick by eating some deadly plants, and then he die in his truck in the wild.

Presentation: We get to know his family and him.
Elaboration: Everything is becoming to materialistic for him. So he decides to go into the wild and find him self.
Point of no return: Is when he moves to his own place, and after two months he leaves. He leaves everything behind except his car, and drive as long as he can, then he ends up in the desert. Now he is out where no can't find him and then he has no return back.
Escalation of conflict: Is when his parents find out that Chris has disappeared and tries to find him.
Chris changes his name to Alexander Supertramp, because he wants to hide from the world.
Climax: Is when he reaches the wild, and his dream became true.
Fade-out: Is when Chris lays in his truck dying by eating the poisonous berry's.

8. We compered the movie with "The Revenant". Where a frontiersman on a fur trading expedition in the 1820s fights for survival after being mauled by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team.

2. Yeah it does. His purpose was at the begining to complete his journey into the wild. He found happines, love and got new friends and family.
3. We have our main character; Christopher. His real family; sister, mother and father. Then there's the new people Chris meet in his journey. Chris is not an ordinary guy. He's intelligent, and definitely not a cliche person. His parents in the other hand is too focused on succes and status. one of Chris first encounters are two elderly hippies who drive around the world together, this is a vital point in the movie as they represent the happines plot in the movie, as he realised moments before his death, that hapiness is better shared. he met his "first" love as well as many new friends while wandering off with them.

4. He escapes from his family, to make his dreams come true. He creates a new identity; Alexander Supertramp. He bruns all og his money, and he gives his savings to charity. He doesn't leave any traces behind. He wander around, and meet new people that get a special places in his heart. He's actually pusuing freedom and happiness, he never had with his family. He literally gets new symbolic parents and grandfather, first live and friends. He finds himself.

prelude:
we´re getting introduced to the main charecter chris aswell as his family, it doesnt take long until we realise that chris is undergoing major mental problems, therefore he decides to start his journey into the wild.

presentation:
We get more personal and characteristic informations about Chris. We get to know more about the environment and society Chris lives in.

Elaboration:
Chris starts his jorney. We get flashback from his condition in Alaska. So we already know from the begining, that he succeded his journey.

Point of no return:
It's definetly when he burns all of his money, donate his savings to charity and leaves his car behind.

Escalation of conflict:
He travels without money, and get to know more about surviving without money. He meets one couple, that will have speciel place in his heart later on. We keep getting flashbacks from the future Chris in Alaska. He gets different challanges, that he gets through.

Climax:
He meets his first love; Tracy. However, Tracy won't stop him to keep moving on to Alaska. He get to know an old man, that will also have a very speciel meaning for Chris. He still goes by the name; Alex. From the flashback we get from Alaska, things starts to go bad for Chris. He gets trapped in Alaska.

Fade-out:
Chris eats poisonous plant, and he dies slowly in pain. Before he dies he realises, that happines is when shared. That makes the ending more dramatic.

6. The musics used in the film is perfectly matching to the scenes. Is it a sad scene; sad and slow music. Is it a fast and happy scene, so is the music. Mostly country music.

7. Yes. the music played in every scene helps with giving us the feelings of the scene.

8. We compered the movie to 127 hours. 127 is about a mountain climber who finds himself trapped under a boulder while canyoneering alone. The most similar parts is definetly both of them is about survival.
9. The message is that happiness is when shared, and the fact that how horrible society have gotten, that money is not the key to happiness and joy.
10. Relationship between nature and American identity is nowadays not that good, compered to back in the day. Today the digital platforms has grown too much. That nature doesn't takes place in American identity.
11. It means a person who does not like rules or authority, and shows this by behaving differently from most people in society.
12. Society takes a lot of place in the self. Today almost every individual gives the society too much importence and meaning, that society starts to control them. The relationship is what you think and what others think. Yourself and society.
13. Like Chris realized at the end of the movie, happiness is when shared. Therefore, community is essential to happiness
14. Success is to achieve the results wanted or hoped for. It depends.
15. We find our identity through our actions, interests, values and beliefs. They are basically us. It's them what makes us as a person.
