Answer:  The constantly expectation of customers, skilled labour shortage and toxic or unhealthy work environment.

Answer : the constantly changing expectations of customers - always look forward to a friendly, proficient and consistent service when it comes to hotels and also look at the development of new technology, there by creating a rise in thier expectations. In the industry, the customer is king and the motive of the industry is to keep thier customers happy. 
*skilled labour shortage - an increasing demand for skilled workers, specially at the medium skills level, contrasts with a decreasing number of trainees. At the same time, supply and demand are often out of balance and fitting problems are increasing. 
*Toxic or unhealthy work environment - the hospitality industry often calls for high-pressure work environments that can leave even calm and collected employees feeling stressed out. Not everyone can handle this kind of environment, causing high levels of turnover.
