Identify the independent variables ( as weel as other variables, if applicable.)&nbsp;<br>Answer : the constantly changing expectations of customers - always look forward to a friendly, proficient and consistent service when it comes to hotels and also look at the development of new technology, there by creating a rise in thier expectations. In the industry, the customer is king and the motive of the industry is to keep thier customers happy.&nbsp;<br>*skilled labour shortage - an increasing demand for skilled workers, specially at the medium skills level, contrasts with a decreasing number of trainees. At the same time, supply and demand are often out of balance and fitting problems are increasing.&nbsp;<br>*Toxic or unhealthy work environment - the hospitality industry often calls for high-pressure work environments that can leave even calm and collected employees feeling stressed out. Not everyone can handle this kind of environment, causing high levels of turnover. It's important to create a work environment that your employees can follow in the event that something happen, and ensure they're safe and protected if choose to speak up.</div>]]></description>
