Reflection Notebooks

Having the opportunity to brain dump is beneficial in processing one's emotions, which can help relieve the mental load of a student. Even if students aren't into journaling, they can use the free notebook spaces to doodle, draw, make comments, write down random thoughts- let kids use it how they need.
