I want to ensure I have enough index cards in the room for my session. Will someone refresh the supplies per room after every session? Or are the supplies put in boxes in the rooms to last the entire conference?

Question about Planning for Sessions - Number of Participants

Dear Team, Thank you for the great work in building asynchronous tools and guidance for the conference. I am concerned that I do not know how many participants to expect for my sessions, which will determine how many copies I need to make and send and how to best structure my agenda. I don't need an exact number, but a ballpark number. How do I find that out? Time is getting close. Thank you.

Do we need to remove all student identifiers from student work? Or can we use initials?

Google slides and links

We are asked, as part of our tasks, to upload resources. All of the choices are microsoft based. Are you asking us to download form google into powerpoint or is there a place for us to upload our google slide deck with embedded links? It also says to submit our E-materials to the ELNC app so participants can access the resources. We have the app but are unsure how to upload into it.
