The steering committee acknowledged that members can reassess capacity and roll off if needed after six months. This might be a good opportunity to figure that out (if we need to) and bring new people into the governance process?

We've spent a lot of time relationship building, setting procdures, bringing other groups into RECI, but very little time in my view, actually talking about the substantive work of building decarb. Its hard to justify the time away if we havent learned or increased capacity. After the PA gathering I was able to begin developing a project so that was an hour very well spent. Much more of the time together should be spent in actual project evaluation and development for it to be a worthwhile venture for us.
