Dystrophin most likely causes this, due to the lack of dystrophin there are tears, causes calcium to deplete important protein, then letting creatine Kinase out into the blood. The lack of dystrophin causes tears, which makes everything out of place, letting in calcium and letting out Creatine Kinase.
