         <title>In a DMD patient the sarcomere is scrambled together rather than neatly organized in a normal patient. Dystrophin most likely causes this, due to the lack of dystrophin there are tears, causes calcium to deplete important protein, then letting creatine Kinase out into the blood. This probably changes how the sarcomere is structured, since everything isn&#39;t in their correct places.</title>

         <title>In the DMD diagram it shows a lot of messy black rods which i can assume are fat and scar tissue while the healthy muscle is a lot more organized and doesn&#39;t have black rods in the middle of the muscles. Dystrophin plays a role in the differences because dystrophin helps the muscles not tear and if you dont have dystrophin  then tearing occurs and lets an excess of calcium ions to enter and creatine kinase to exit the muscle. </title>

         <title>The lack of dystophin creates the tears in the myocyte membrane. causes the DMD sarcomere to be messy and unorganized. The lack of dystrophin causes tears, which makes everything out of place, letting in calcium and letting out Creatine Kinase. This then replaces the myocytes with fat and Scar tissues, further leading to a mess sarcomere.</title>

         <title>the normal one is more organized while the DMD one is very messy, it also has alot more black parts than the normal one. This might be because the muscle tissue in DMD doesnt come back fast enough so it ends up messy and weak.</title>
