During his presidency, he's said some powerful quotes that can be inspirational to anything that you're going through. The quote I chose is quote 6. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." As you can see by Lincoln's quote, what I believe he means by is that a house that has a disagreement or division against itself cannot stand because not everyone is on the same page. It can just go onto endless bickering or some people may forget what truly the house represents in the thought of arguing.
