I also sometimes give partial credit as they go through. So, I made a Flip group with usernames only (so that students didn't have to sign in with an email and no outside people can join us even with a join code), gave them some guidelines for introductions, and asked them to also talk briefly about their chosen artwork from Unit 1. After a few days, I have eight great responses and am anticipating more!
