Collaboration is only in person it is not sending emails and asking coworkers to add information to the documents.<br>2 Things I found interesting:<br>1. That everyone in our district has the same problem with Collaboration, that problem is time.<br>2. Creating a culture of respect and collaboration is essential.<br>- I learned strategies to create a safe environment for students that will enhance agency and learning.<br>- I learned the difference between teamwork and collaboration.<br>Things that I found interesting:&nbsp;<br>I found it interesting how everyone seemed to be in a very similar position and that we are all learners and we are trying to grasp everything we can to help our students.<br>Question that I have:<br>If there is so much positivity that comes from collaboration why is it that we are in 2022 and still can't have everyone in every school on the same page?&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

There should be some type of rubric to gauge your collaboration.<br><br>Two things you found interesting or would like to learn more about:<br>I learned that IB does not require summative assessments any longer and I would like to learn how to have more present student agency in a kindergarten classroom.<br><br>One question that I have:<br>How can we present the importance of more allotted time needed for our administration?<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learned:</div><ol><li>The school prioritizes grade level meetings, but then schedules in times every few weeks for subject-specific teachers to connect with teams - this is a great solution when the time and schedule is tight</li><li>Reflection and collaboration doesn't have to happen in a sit down meeting. It can also look like this school did - posting it up and allowing everyone in the school community to contribute feedback&nbsp;</li><li>Less time isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but can be a push to improve school systems and structures</li></ol><div><br></div><div>Found Interesting:</div><ol><li>the teams started by creating a shared vision for their collaboration time, which at some point became essential agreements for the entire school - how awesome and such a good foundation</li><li>The shift in structure surrounding language use and learning sounded really positive and I bet helped students feel safe and supported in all learning environments</li></ol><div><br></div><div>Question:</div><ol><li>Where is my team/school wasting time and how can we become more efficient with our collaborative planning time?</li></ol>]]></description>
