At 8.30 am, Do punch cards at gate 3 of Guard House. Then report to Mr. Junaidi at the Education, Public Relation and Customer Service Office.

Mr Junadi introduced us to other staff (Education, Public Relations and Customer Service department).

At the entrance A, I asked some questions to Ms. Intan and Ms. Shafiqah (senior staff) regarding the scope of work as a Customer Service and what should be done when dealing with visitors. 

After the tea break, Ms. Asyikin sent me to gate B to meet Mr. Azmin. 

At gate B, Mr. Azmin asked me to make sure that each visitor to scan MySejahtera QR code.

At the same time, asked visitors to put on a wristband/ticket and teach visitors how to do self-banding the wristband/ticket before entering. 

Replace Mr. Shahir in assisting visitors in checking their temperature. (Below 37.5 C)

At 3 pm, meet Mrs. Hafizan at the administrator's office to get the Zoo Negara's shirt. 

Help count the visitors number at Gate A

Mr. Junaidi gave the first task which is the reading task. (Search information about Zoo Negara based on youtube, facebook, instagram, website and book/manual). 

Asked for guidance from senior staff (Ms. Shafirah and Mr. Shahir)  in the checkers at turnstiles section

Asked visitors to wear wristbands first and teach them how to do self-banding the wristband/ticket before entering the turnstile

Ensure visitor drop the visitor numbers at the exit and count the numbers.

Mr. Junaidi asked interns to assist the Public Relation team regarding the adoption voucher. (Stick the correction sticker on the adoption voucher) 

Mr. Asyraf gave a task to search animal info on Copperhead Racer and Dog Toothed Cat Snake. 

After lunch break, Mr. Shahir asked for help to cover him to make sure visitors do scan MySejahtera QR code at Information B.

Remind visitors to follow the SOP;

Do check their temperature before entering.

At GPCC, only Ms. Shafirah and I are in charge today because Mrs. Kala took the MC. 

At the learning hall, I was in charge to make sure visitors went down using the stairs left and right. 

Make sure visitors keep quiet inside the exhibit and answer visitor's questions about Giant Panda

When Ms. Shafirah goes for lunch break, I do replace her at the entrance;

Make sure the visitor didn't bring any food and beverages into the exhibit.

Assist the staff of The Wild Restaurant in packing for volunteers' lunch meals 

Bring lunch meals that are already packed from The Wild Restaurant to the 'Dataran Dato Ismail Hutson'.

Helped staff of The Wild Restaurant in setting up the VVIP's dining table. (Wipe the dishes and dome set)

Remind visitor to follow the SOP(scan mysejahtera QR code & check temperature)

Make sure all the visitors scan Mysejahtera QR code and make sure the results at the apps shown are Low Risk. 

If the results shown are High Risk after scan QR code ask them to write their names in the book provided. 

Remind visitors to drop their visitor number inside of basket at the exit.

6. If the results showed are High Risk after scan QR code ask them to update their status and answer the question on the apps. 

7. Answer visitors’ questions.

a) Not allowed to make noise.
b) Not allowed to bring outside food and drinks.
c) Not allowed to knock on the mirror.

4. Ensure all visitors leave the exhibition after 10 minutes

5. Ensure children not running inside of the exhibit.
6. Make sure visitors do not open the flashlight while taking pictures.
7. Answer visitor's questions about Giant Panda.
