The three times that I use hot sauce would have to be when I am eating fried chicken such as wings, tenders, or nuggets. I like to mix my hot sauce with fried chicken wings with jalapenos as well for an added spice, ranch sauce and hot sauce with tenders, and usually sweet and sour sauce with nuggets and hot sauce for a sweet and spicy effect. I also like to add a Mexican hot sauce to my tacos for a spicy wet effect, and I also like to add hot sauce on top of my chicken nachos as well.

-Last week I went to my family's house for a movie night and we bought pizza and I ate my pizza with buffalo hot sauce. I am usually spontaneous when it comes to how much I use with each bite, might be a small dab, or I'll drizzle the whole pizza with it. The pizza was already made from Dominos and we already had the buffalo sauce in his fridge.

-I also used hot sauce and jalapenos with my Popeyes fried chicken during lunch hour one day. I don't use too much, just a slight drizzle, not too overwhelming. Popeyes has hot sauce packets available for customers so that's how I got it.

I think the first thing I usually notice is the texture, the wet texture that's usually associated with the liquid hot sauce. I also notice the settle spice in my mouth as well. Not too underwhelming or overwhelming, just right for my taste buds. After the first bite with the hot sauce I usually keep the same amount I use the first time because I don't want the hot sauce to empower the taste of what meal Im eating at the moment. My level of satisfaction is usually a 3, I feel like I have a very high tolerance for spice and the popular brands have a kick to it, but they aren't spicy enough for me but it still tastes good to use nonetheless. For the most part my use of hot sauce is to add that extra umph to my meal.

I usually like buying Louisianna Hot sauce, Texas Pete, Taco Bell Hot sauce, and Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. I like buying siracha sauce sometimes as well. I prefer them because they're affordable and taste good. I usually buy my hot sauces from HEB because it's one of my fav grocery stores overall and they carry a good variety of hot sauces to buy. The last time I remember buying hot sauce would have to be placing an online order on HEB for curbside delivery.

I have been using curbside and delivery alot lately so I haven't been going in the store as much but I believe I usually see it by the dry pasta section. Also with wing sauces as well. I remember seeing tabasco, Cholula hot sauce, and and Texas Pete. I usually don't care about price when it comes to picking what I want to eat I just focus on what makes my taste buds the happiest.

So I did an old classic I've heard about and never tried and added louisianna hot sauce to lays potato chips. I didn't put much thought into how much I added a just drizzled a moderate amount. I would say it definitely improves the taste because the acidity of the spice kinda helps the saltiness of the chips in a good way. I would give it a 3 though because I feel like after awhile it would taste too salty to eat a lot of the hot sauce and lays chips at the same time, but not bad as a small consumption. Definitely not something you can eat everyday.
