Curious about how to sign-up youth for weight room certification? NO FEAR! We got you covered! Please make sure you read through the information below thoroughly. Thanks!

Step 1: Sign-ups are by appointment only-at the UNITY FRONT DESK.
-You can find a Youth Certification binder by the front desk. Please fill in their: First & Last name, phone number, Date of Birth, Preferred Day & Time of appointment. (Days/Times available are listed at the top of the sign-up sheet-in red). AND YES-YOU ARE FILLING THIS PART OUT NOT THE YOUTH.

Step 2: Fitness Attendant will call back youth with their appointment date/time.

Step 3: Youth/Parent-Legal Guardian needs to complete certification class TOGETHER (Parents/Guardian must be present).

Step 4: After completion of Certification, Fitness Attendant will file their Certification Agreement form in the Youth Certification binder and front desk will create an account for the Youth and then issue a bar code.

***NOTE: Youth does not need to purchase a monthly membership in order for a bar code to be issued. Bar codes are issued in order to identify that they have completed certification. In other words, certification is FREE but to workout, Youth has to pay a daily/or monthly fee.
