I learned that in the past children were expected to crawl through tunnels that were too narrow for adults in coal mines. The working hours were long ranging between 52 to 80 hours while their wages were very low, 10-20%of an adult male's pay, Some didn’t even get paid. Child labor began to decline as the labor and reform movements grew and labor standards in general began improving, increasing the political power of working people and other social reformers to demand legislation regulating child labor. Combining education and apprenticeships also helped decrease child labor. Life without child labor is wonderful, All of the kids are living their childhood happily, they’re all going to school and having good education.

I am writing to you from the future. Specifically the year 2050. Child labor has been eliminated here. In the past there was millions of children who worked in industries, factories, and even wars. It was very unfair. Later on millions of people starting fighting against child labor. Over the years countries invented laws that made it illegal for children to work. The rate of children who go to school increased. Children could finally be children rather than having to work to support their needs. They were able to achieve their dreams.  We build a stronger community globally which doesn’t depend on child labor.

I have learned that children never should work even if they get paid low salary and the country is poor, all of the children should not deserve to get abused and work long hours. Child labor decreased over time by country’s gaining their wealth and are able to make adults work and pay them higher salary than children. Economy is what helped because the more money the country gets, the more adults get hired instead of children. Life now is all ai generated things and using electronic devices, we even have machines working in factory’s instead of people needing to work. People even get way higher paid than before.

But thankfully with time, child labour has decreased. I also learned that child labour used to be mostly in the UK. But it was in poor countries in general. Child labor in the past was cruel, it forced children to do hard work not thinking about the consequences of prioritizing extra income over children’s education. It was decreasing over the years. Wealthy countries and cities put an end to child labor faster than poor countries because, they didn’t need affordable workers like kids but could afford using adults to do the work. Hello, I am child of the future informing you that we children are finally no longer child laborers. Child labor not longer exists and for a couple of reasons. I’ve learnt about child labor in the past through education and stories from elders. I was told that the working conditions for child laborers were very cruel and dangerous. I was also informed that children were often hurt and were expected to work in factories as child laborers if they were not of higher classes. Child labor was also in higher rates in some countries such as Britain and South-East Asia. Over time, child labor decreased drastically all over the world, but there was also an increase at certain times, which later went down. Child labor decreased overtime for two primary reasons. One reason is the help of children’s rights advocates and protesters. Another reason is as countries became wealthier, the need to hire child laborers decreased as they were able to pay their adult laborers equal wages. I'm Gamar from the year 2050, recently l was researching about child labor back in your time, and I have learned that children your age were forced to work for long periods of time with harsh and unsafe conditions for little pay while not getting the education that children need, Child labor started to decrease as the labor and reform movements grew and labor standards in general began improving increasing the political power of working people to demand legislation regulating child labor, Education provided children with the skills needed for their future expanding their employment and reduced dependency on jobs at an early age. Child labor no longer exists!

I have learned that people in the past (1800-1900) children where forced to work in factories with awful conditions and where beaten.Overtime  since more people started to protest country’s and governments started changing laws for the benefit of children’s and as the economy’s wealth increased people are now able to pay adult workers .
