Leaning the importance of management roles in organizations were a riveting topic, because of my lack of experience in the eye view. I learned the importance of a manager and why having a manager for structure, creating routines and leadership skills are important for business. This allowed me to respect the managers that I have more , and understand the levels and positions of management. I respect them because of the time and dedication they have added to the workplace and it allowed me to see myself in a position and what I would bring to a team of employees.

Ethical and corporate social responsibilities has allowed me to grow and accept my personal culture. I has also inspired me to become more attentive of how many people incorporate their culture in their work places. This has also played a major role where I became more of the ways managers encourage ethical behavior and how challenged occur in business.

Management within a Global organization I have learned how we use things that has become imported globally and how it connects in our daily lives. Some things we have are from different countries, also with this we see the diversity in people, and cars. where it is cultural differences. some of the items are; The coffee we drink, the tea, iphones/ technology we use and produce.

Managing Human resources and communication has taught me numerous ways of how human resources work and how the role of human resources has become important in management. This has allowed me the insight on hiring an employee and understand the time, effort, cost and task it takes to hire, fire, or train an employee.

Organizations structure and Processing allows me to see the managers point of view on how business create structure. Managers coordinate effort, a plan, build organization structure and allows manager's to organize their organization.

Leadership/Motivation is a very vital role in business. Leaders influence organizations daily. Understanding important triats of leadership and how leaders share direction and motivate others.

Understanding the process of setting realistic goals and knowing the actions to take to achieve the goal is the most important thing to know about planning. This has given me insight on how I can grow and create a solid foundation in business. This has allowed me to not procrastinate on my plans and the proper tools to use to execute my plan and to create long/short term goals .
