The first reason that I think that large dogs make the best pets. I have had four dogs and the three dogs that were large seemed to really be friendly and liked to cuddle.  Another reason that they are my favorite is because large dogs have large tails that wag back and forth which is adorable. Lastly, the large dogs that I have had are friendly but are protective of their owners.
