Sophie talked to us about how 'The Unexpected' - a car accident that left her paralysed from the waist down - changed her life.

Sophie used her immese love of sport, to pick herself up and move forward in her life.  She worked hard and believed in herself and those around her.

What an inspiration Sophie was to us all, showing us that the unexpected, even when it seems like the end of the world, can become something truely amazing.
