         <description><![CDATA[<div>For domestic, the HR needs to consider the different compensation and packages that would be suited to retain existing employees within the Organisation while keeping it competitive with other local companies. However, international GLTM would require the HR department to seek and implement HR policies that would enable the company to look for the right people with the right skills in the right time and location (i.e. Country). Relationships between countries is very important as it would impact the way the businesses operates.</div>]]></description>
