one of my goals during my time at placement was to become better at reflection on myself/ what I have learnt or to at least be less uncomfortable with the idea of self-reflections. so, this is a screen shot of a brief self-reflection that I completed at the end of the Pactera program.

another skill that I wanted to improve on was being able to confidently share my thoughts and ideas with my team. so, this is some feedback that my team provided. about the way I collaborate and share my thoughts with everyone as well as highlighting where I can improve.
