Though, the Inca empire lacked a market system so therefore they didn't use a currency system. Within the Inca empire, every citizen received life necessities from state storehouses as there were no traders. From preceding empires, there were hydraulic systems and highways that were left behind that helped aid the Inca empire. The Incas had such intricate irrigation canals and agricultural areas that aided the success within their civilization. The Emperor Huayna Capac reigned from 1493 up until around 1527. Capac renovated the communication, road systems, transportation, and even the Inca capital.

Said sacrifice included animals and what was considered the most powerful form of honor was human sacrifice. Once people were chosen for sacrifice, the people within the empire would honor them through mummification and the consumption of “elite” food products such as, sweet potatoes, quinoa, beans, and chili peppers.
