https://padlet.com/wallaafana11/dlhm5x6t39zq4nwq Three Truths and a Lie is a fun and engaging icebreaker activity. Each participant writes three true statements and one false statement about themselves in random order. Participants read each other’s posts and use the thumbs up to vote for the statements they think are true, and the thumbs down to vote on the one they believe is false. In addition to voting, each participant is asked to comment on at least three different posts, explaining their guesses (e.g., “I think #3 is the lie because…”). Once everyone has participated in the activity, each participant will reveal their false statement on the debrief section. Participants will then discuss what they learned about each other and take time to answer the debrief questions as a reflection. Debrief questions: 1. What surprised you about your classmates? 2. How did you decide which statement was false? 3.
