I chose the biology community because I plan on becoming a marine biologist, and biologists type many reports. The biology community is very specific with their work, so to show that they have authority when writing any paper, they are cautious about ensuring their work is accurate to the data they collect.

Physical copies can be printed or uploaded electronically.
Generally, Biologists have to search for a specific report to find it. Otherwise, that report will not be found. And the data will just have to wait till another biologist comes along.

Writing in a biology community mainly consists of arguments, proposals, and reports.
1. Reports are one of the most popular kinds of papers biologists type up and are used for helping researchers remember their work, show that they know what they are doing, and compare them to other biologists' findings to discover new things.
2. Arguments are used almost as frequently to a point across on the information the biologists collect.
3. Proposals are used to make changes in the environment regarding a certain species in case they are in danger, or there is an excess amount of them.

Biology reports are some of the most common kinds of writing in the biologist community and provide information on the study of the organism that the biologist was analyzing. These reports are also used to keep records of what biologists studied. They are used to compare their work to other biologists to make a proposal, argument, and or discover knowledge. Because of all these uses, these reports have weight to them when used in arguments or proposals.

When creating a biology report, there are some key components to make them. Here are the requirements to create one.
1. Jump-right into the report.
2. Have another biologist to refer to in the report.
3. Limiting the audience to the biologist's community only.
4. Using scientific names for the subject that is being studied.
5. Word counts a minimum of 650+
6. Optional have a table of contents.

A well-written biology report should be highly dense with information collected from the research and aimed at people in biology. The report should jump right into the report and must be very specific on the information the biologist obtains from their study. Another thing that should be included is a reference to another biologist so that they can compare their findings with others.

The biologist community uses common scientific language, so when biologists go and read these papers, they understand what is being said and make it sound like they have authority. They also want to get straight to the point in these reports so there are no introductions unless they want to.

After analyzing the data about the biology reports, I think it is safe to say that these reports benefit the biology field. The more data they stuff into the reports, the better it will be for them in the long run. They are also required to have a report on whatever they study. This can probably be unpleasant at times because they are incredibly time-consuming. However, the pros outweigh the cons, and it is only beneficial to make reports.
