evidence 1 - About me
1- explain the task
I delivered a tiktok to the group and afterwards i had to answer questions that the teacher asked me and what people in my class asked me as well. we did this so we could get to know each other and for my fellow classmates to get to know me better.
2- what went well?
I was able to stand up in front of the class to present it. Also my tiktok had the relevant information about me and was easy to follow.
3-what would I change if I was to do it again?
next time I hope to be less nervous when having to stand up in front of the class. I could of also added more detailed information about me.

i had to come into college to talk to a teacher about me joining the course and had to answer questions about myself. i had to give them my GCSE grades and then had to have a picture taken for my ID.
2- what went well?
i got enrolled.
3- what would i change if i was to do it again?
be less nervous and scared

another time i communicated was when i made new friends in my class. I thought I would find this difficult but it actually went well and I am happy.
2- what went well?
they talked back to me and made me feel welcomed.

evidence 1:
we had to create a blanket that had all our names on and an interesting fact about our self.
we had to work as a team and make sure that all our page sizes were the same size and fit together.
one thing that went well was that we were all able to work together to finish the blanket in time
what we could of done better was communicate more to make sure all the sizes were the same size.
evidence 2:
a second example of when iv had to use teamwork is when we did a school trip to Thailand and we all had to work together to make sure we had a good amount of money for us to be able to book hotels and taxis to take us to destinations.
what went well was that no one fell out over working together and we were all able to look after our amount of money.
however if we could have changed anything was making sure we booked places to stay in advance so it stops people stressing and communicate more on where people wanted to go.
evidence 3:
a third example of when ive had to use teamwork is when we have to go out in the field in our csi kits and carry out a line search to find evidence.
what went well was that people communicated with each other and listened to the team leader to make sure they could find the evidence.
however next time we need to work together to make sure that people aren't walking too fast or too slow and we all stay in a straight line

Evidence 1
we made a poster on different facts about recycling after watching a video on different ways to recycle.
what went well with the poster is that it had drawing that would make someone look at it and it was colourful.
next time to make the poster better i would of added more facts on better ways to recycle and the places you can go to recycle.
Evidence 2
i get either the train or bus to and from college and if i need to go somewhere else i get a bus or a train as well.
i reduce carbon dioxide by taking the bus or train.
however i will be driving in a few months and will no longer be getting the bus or train.
Evidence 3
i recycle at home by having a separate bins for cans, cardboard and then the rest of the rubbish.
this makes sure that different rubbish can be recycled properly and not be sent to a dump site.
what i can do better is motivate different people in my house to recycle more.

Evidence 1

In lesson we wrote a list about what our triggers are. we then spoke about how we deal with these triggers and wrote a wellness action plan about how that trigger effects us and then how we can overcome it. After making the plan we talked to someone we trusted about our triggers and talked about how we overcome it and we supported each other/ gave each other advice.

Evidence 2

A second piece of evidence is helping someone during their assignment. i helped by proof reading over their slides on a power point and gave feedback. i then helped by working together to come up with a script to read when doing the presentation so we wouldn't be panicking about what to say on the day.

Evidence 3

In lesson we wrote a list about what stresses me. we then spoke about different ways stress can effect us and ways we can help with dealing with stress. we then wrote a wellness action plan about how stress effects us and then how we can overcome it. After making the plan we talked to someone we trusted about stress and talked about how we overcome it and gave each other advice on how too overcome it.

Evidence 1

Whilst doing world challenge i volunteered at a local school in Thailand for 3 days. Whilst there we helped build a planter so the school could grow crops to feed the children. we also got to spend a day with the children and learn games from them and also got to teach them a bit of English.

Evidence 2

Another time i volunteered was when my brother played football i volunteered to work the tuck shop and serve people drinks and food.

Evidence 3

I took part in fundraising for cancer trust by setting up bake sales at running events, football games etc. I was able to raise a good amount for the charity.

Evidence 3 - the start of my second year at college my assignments have been handed in either before the deadline or on the day, i have also made sure that my re submissions are done and handed in before they second deadline as well

I have shown motivation in completing my assignments before the deadline and making sure they are up to a high standard so I can get a high grade.

Another way I have shown motivation is that I did a week work experience at AMB steel where I did office work and even got to go on the shop floor and learn how to use the machines. I showed motivation whilst working there as I was motivated to learn how to work different equipment.

I am currently full time at college but I also have a part time job as a waitress and I have to show motivation in both of these and balance it well so I can succeed in both.

One example of work experience is that i did a week working at AMB Steels, where i did office work and also got to work on the shop floor and measure and check the products before they got shipped out.

Evidence 1

One task we did where we had to show our leadership skills is by leading a group to make a chair out of balloons that wouldn't break if someone sat on it. I was able to use my leadership skills in this task as i was able to set tasks for each person and also lead group discussions on what we should do.

Evidence 2

A second is that we had to create a team building task for our class to do and then had to deliver that lesson to the class. This task tested my leadership skills as i had to be able to carry out the lesson to the class and make sure that each person knew what they were doing and were able to do the task. it also allowed me to practice how to set up and deliver a task.

One way i show resilience is when i get my grade back for my assignment, i ask for help to get a better grade and don't get discouraged for getting a low score.

another way i show resilience at college is by keeping up with my workload even with having a part time job i make sure that i have extra time to keep up with my college work.

Evidence 3

another way is if I'm having a bad time and are experiencing set backs ill still make sure to message teachers or whoever i need to get help with that specific bit of work so i don't fall behind and get the grade i am wanting.

one example of a cultural experience i have had is that i did 2 weeks in Thailand, where i got to experience the culture and try the different foods out there. We also got to work at a primary school over there where we got to experience how it is different compared to ours.

A second is that we did a road trip around Florida and i got to see crocodiles and hold one. I also spent a few days with my relatives out there and got to experience there day to day life and how it differs from ours.

I went to Italy and got to travel around different cities and towns to see the old buildings and the history of Italy. Also got to eat pasta and pizza.
