Leadership to me is when somebody can create trends and is themselves. My leader is Twiggy because she is one hard-working woman who doesn't fit into society's rules. Born in London on 19 September 1949, Twiggy is the symbol of an era. She revolutionized the world of women's fashion. She was unique because he had big blue eyes, long eyelashes, and a skinny figure. There was no model in the time that looked like her. After leaving the modeling career she became an actress for the big screen and TV. She won two Golden Globes. She has written multiple books. She is a leader to me because she is a beautiful woman who has done a lot in her lifetime.

Leadership is when someone takes control of a situation, but is not too condescending or bossy about it. Somebody who I believe is a leader is Budi Saputra. He has been an anesthesiologist at Mercy West for about 20 years now. He is a leader to me because he immigrated from Indonesia to America with his wife to have a better opportunity of practicing medicine. When he and his wife first step foot into America, they didn't have much. I remember them telling me they only had a suitcase each and they slept in a little apartment on an air mattress. Budi Saputra took control of his situation and flew to America because he knew that in Indonesia, although it would have been easier to get a job in a hospital, he would have a much more comfortable life here.

Leadership is the ability to take charge in the worst times. FDR was a great leader that led America through WW2 and the great depression. He was the only president to be voted into office four times. He was also an inspiration due to the fact that he had polio and was bound to wheel chair. If not for him America may not have reached where it is today.
He over came obstacles and led in tough times, but kept the country together and led the country into a new age. He helped the people of America regain hope in their country. He went through many obstacles to fix his country and that i why he is a great leader.

I think leadership is when someone takes on a task and completes it or helps instruct other people to complete it. It could also be taking on a group of people and taking charge of them. I think Malala is a leader because she got shot in the head for wanting to speak out, and she continued to speak out for girls right even though she was in danger. She wanted what was best for people and started the Malala Fund to get girls school supplies and for tuition to go to school and she won the Nobel Peace Prize.

Leadership is when someone can take charge of the situation and take it from a mess into the right direction. They do so without seeming like a dictator. David Ibrahimi is someone who I believe a leader should be. He was a neurosurgeon who had 20 years in practice. He was one of the 26 doctors in the University of Maryland Medical Center. Even a week before he passed away he still promised to go to work, and when he was assigned hospice care he said "I hope I don't get fired for this." He dedicated his life to saving people, and because he had a passion for it he became a leader for the rest of the surgeons. He passed away from cancer, but he fought until the end and is still an example for many people today.

To me, leadership is something that requires great responsibility and focus to preform as a leader. It is also someone who can take the time to step up to a certain situation, be able to address the problem, find a solution to it that goes along well for everyone, and put forth those new solutions and do the physical work involved in the problem's resolvement itself. A good example of a leader and someone who does some of these things was Elizabeth I of England (1558-1603). She was a strong and well-recognized monarch of England, who helped England by expanding trade overseas and therefore helping England financially. In 1588, when Phillip II of Spain sent a huge armada to invade England, Elizabeth I successfully repelled the attack and defeated the armada.
