1. Enhanced Decision-Making and Strategy Development: Real-Time Analysis: Coaches and analysts can use business intelligence tools and platforms to make informed judgments in real time. This includes changing game strategies, optimizing player rotations, and refining opponent analysis. This strategic edge was essential in close competitions where little gains could mean victory.

Reflecting on the application of sports analytics and decision-making, I discovered that cutting-edge technology such as business intelligence tools Qlik, Tagging, video analysis systems have transformed athletic performance evaluation. The Singapore Sports Institute (SSI) demonstrated how data-driven insights may improve training regimens, game strategies, and injury prevention techniques. Using SimulCam and StroMotion, coaches and analysts were able to conduct in-depth movement analysis, compare athlete performance, and make strategic modifications in real time. This case study demonstrated the importance of analytics in achieving a competitive advantage, especially in high-stakes tournaments such as the SEA Games that caused them to win 84 gold, 73 silver, and 102 bronze medals, placing Singapore second behind Thailand.

Padlet was a really helpful tool for organizing and analyzing the case study. The interactive tool allowed me to clearly map crucial components such as SSI's difficulties, the technology used, and the impact on decision-making. I was able to see more linkages between technology tools and strategy outcomes after organizing the information in a clear and systematic style. Padlet also promoted collaborative learning by allowing for peer comments and debate, which helped me better grasp sports analytics and its strategic implications. Overall, Padlet proved to be an invaluable tool for organizing complex data and facilitating a thorough case study investigation.

4. Limitations and Other Contributing Factors.
While technology provided Team Singapore with a strategic and competitive advantage, a number of non-technological reasons contributed to its success: Athletes' Talent and Dedication: The athletes' dedication, discipline, and skill level were all important to their success. Coaches used technical expertise to create effective training programs and game strategies. Psychological and team chemistry were critical, especially in high-pressure situations.
