I've always been someone who can't keep up a routine. I would try something new (eg. working out at home) and after a week or two I'd go back to my old lifestyle. My friends say that i have commitment issues and I guess that they are not wrong. I have the habit of wanting to completely turn my life around, one random night at 3:15 am on a tuesday or whatever and when morning comes, all that motivation is out of the door. After my recent bloodtest I will be taking my heath more seriously, I have been experiencing pains that make me think i might be having a heart attack or something so I think the time is nigh to actually take control of my life before its too late. No more weekly bar visits, because with alcohol comes smoking and I am starting to get bored and annoyed with it. As they say "It's better to cum in the sink, than to sink in the cum", time to rescue myself from drowning. Wish me luck!
