The difference between music and noise is that music is usually pleasing to the ears and people tend to enjoy listening to it. Music tends to make people feel calm depending on what genre they are interested in listening to. People tend to like music because sometimes it tends to describe their personality or how they feel, as for noise it's an irritating unpleasant or an unwanted sound. However, sometimes noise for some people could be music for others. I identify a song by its lyrics and beat. If the lyrics are sung in different pitches and notes and the song has a catchy beat then that’s what makes a song. Something else that makes a song is the effort the songwriter puts towards the song. The amount of effort is shown by word usage, memorable hook, and the message of the song.
