After reading this book and realizing what Jack and all the other prisoners had to deal with at the Nazi concentration camps I feel bad because they fought for years to survive while dealing with starvation, thirst, and being beaten by Nazi solider. Reading about this book got me thinking what if I was put in this situatuion would I be able to survie like Jack did. This quote is important because it shows that nothng is impossible and that if you keep fighting you will always find a way just like Jack did. Jack kept fighting for freedom and after 6 long years of working through 10 concentration camps, Jack finally was free from the Nazis. I hope nothing else in world history ia ever this bad again.

I think that this review of the book was very accurate adn expressed many important points. i thought that the concentration camps that Jack and other prisoners were sent to were very cruel and brutal and i could never imagine the pain they were put through. My opinion on the holocaust was that i thought that it was unfair and cruel how any one could single out jews and poles from others. The Nazis were very harsh to the jews and poles and they shouldn't have been because no race or religion is superior to others.
