1. Monday's Gantt charts provide a clear overview the project schedule. You can see all tasks, milestones, and dependencies in a view that suits you, which means you can customize your view, zoom in and out, reorder, collapse and expand tasks, etc.

2. Monday is completely customizable and adaptable for each industry and individual users. Different projects require different formats and tasks. Monday can handle many customizations.

3. Creating dependencies is easy, and dependencies are linked, so changing dates later does not create issues with the chart or format.

Cons:

1. There is a learning curve with a new tool, and Monday.com is fairly complex compared to a a spreadsheet to learn and be comfortable using.

2. The cost for larger teams can be a dealbreaker. You pay on a per user per month basis, and some may not be able to justify the cost, especially if using it as a stand-alone tool for creating Gantt charts only.

3. It is a browser-based tool, which is convenient, unless you don't have internet. The tool requires a solid internet connection to use.

• Also you can request a demo and try it before you decide to commit to the pricing.

• In order to get all of the different features and specialized project management software for different types of projects you need to buy the enterprise option for 9$ a month as not all options have access to all features.

• Stated on their comparison part of there website that while they do have a lot better features than most other tools, they have less project management capabilities, less customizable features, and less popularity.

Easy to track due dates, write updates on these tasks and add files to them.

Has a mobile app as well so could take advantage of that.

Easy to add users to your project.

Can utilize the tool to customize it to different project types.

The visualization is very nice on the different chart options.

With it being easy to give access to different users it would be effective to stay on track, assign new tasks, give updates etc.

Cons:

Feel like would need to watch the user videos to really get a good feel for all the benefits.

For the Pro access it is $19 a month per user so costs would add up.
