- Authority should construct the residential areas distinctly from industrial zone where harmful emissions including black carbon are released everyday.
--> In Dong Nai province, there' re still a lot of brick kilns illegally operate in residential areas... whose smoke is detrimental to people' health, especially the respiratory system
