I found it very interesting that we could witness the coral reefs extinction in our lifetime. It's good to hear that many scientists are researching solutions to it since there's been recent advancements that could help prevent what remains of the coral reef from going extinct.

It's really scary to think that it is possible to lose all of our coral reefs in the ocean. What's even crazier is that we have already lost about half of them. However, I think focusing on restoring and strengthening the reefs we still have will help the ocean regain some of the coral reefs it has lost.

Coral bleaching sounds pretty sad. It is unfortunate to hear that we have lost half of the reefs in our world currently as well. The reef restoration sounds very interesting and overall is a very good cause to fight for.

I had no idea how rising temperatures so greatly affected coral reefs or how half the reefs are already gone. I find that incredibly sad.

I think it is a very valiant effort to help the reefs. The coral bleaching itself shows how bad the world has gotten in general, so much so that it is literally falling apart. It's of course, nice to see that there are people who still value things like the coral reefs, and I hope they are successful with their plan.

The fact that it is possible for coral reefs to go extinct so soon is a crazy thought and very sad. Focusing restoration on large reefs that are connected to other reefs is an incredibly smart idea, quite efficient, and something I had not thought of.

The coral bleaching that is still widespread is a really scary problem, but with the immense advancements in the past few years there's at least some hope. It's interesting how some people are so connected to these reefs and that they are so foundational to the global ecosystem.
