         <title>Not really tech, but looking for ideas - My class is constantly interrupting instruction to tell personal stories. This happens in a typical school year, but it is really slowing the pace of learning down in our virtual class and causing kids to be frustrated. What outlets are you giving your kids to share personal stories? We have talked a lot about breakout room etiquette and using those as turn and talk or sharing spaces, but kids often do not talk and get back to whole group and raise their hand to share. We started a sharing time at the end of the day where kids get designated times to share things from home, but this is not helping.  </title>
