         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found withdrawals from my bank account for hundreds of dollars which I cannot account for.  Have i been a victim of identity theft?  This is one of the possible ideas mentioned on page 5.  The next thing I would do is report my potential identity theft  to one of the companies mentioned on page 6 (Equifax, Experian, or Transunion).  Cancelling my debit card would also be a good idea.  Partnering up with NACA would also help keep me protected through it's services described on page 6.</div>]]></description>
