Implementing anti-bias training or teaching students what racism (specifically microaggressions) are would help change the culture at some schools. Not only are students targeted based on their race, but nowadays scholars are faced with prejudice based on their sexuality and socio-economic status too. Addressing these problems would improve learning conditions at schools for students.
