         <description><![CDATA[<div>Efficient management of employees has been the key major part of a manager's job. As covid-19 started spreading, a lot of businesses had to practice lockdown and because of that reason the supervision and management of employees became harder. The impacts that the pandemic has on the management of employees are that, all of the things shifted online and new softwares had to be developed to check the targets of the employees, keeping the employees motivated became difficult however now one manager can lead the online meetings.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is important for managers to make sure that their managing system is working well in unexpected conditions like COVID. When needed will need to make changes in the workplace overall to make them reach their goals. Some of the possible changes that managers might make it moving the meetings online through outlets like Zoom, Skype, Google Meetings, etc. to make ensure the safety of the employees and also customers. They might also need to change working hours of the employees if it makes them more productive in a different working environment, which is their home in this case due to COVID. </div>]]></description>

Employees have to adapt to the working environment such as new software, but there is also a point that productivity can be further increased by flexibly adjusting the working environment.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In conclusion, the impact of COVID-19 has introduced a new platform for change in many unforeseen areas with many organisations and individuals that have struggled or have been simply unable to cope with the pace of change they have encountered. Organisations have been forced to do business differently and, with most staff required to work remotely or from home, business processes have had to change rapidly in order for organisations to survive. These changes required managers to adapt to the changed environment of their employees and a new management system.</div>]]></description>
