- weak pupils get peer support during the learning process
- pupils who are good get to organize the knowledge again in their mind and enhance their memory on the learning topic
- pupils are active learners during the learning process. can help them to construct/ acquire knowledge better through hands on activity

Weakness - some pupils might not have gadgets / internet connection at home to do this. That's why teacher can make time to bring them to the computer room so that the so called poor students get to experience using ict and connect themselves to the world
- pupils who are good might get tired pairing up with the weak ones. must find way to motivate them to help the weak ones.
- weak and not interested pupils might be "passengers" of the group
