It was five years ago and I went with two friends. Then plan tickets were really expensive, so before we went, we worked in a restaurant to save up enough money. It was a long flight – about 20 hours- but we didn’t mind. We were all very exited because it was our first time abroad.

We stayed in Sydney for a few days, in a hotel near the city centre. In the mornings, we went sightseeing; then we went to the beach in the afternoons. My friends travelled to Byron Bay by coach, but I stayed in Sydney because I want to spend more time there.

In Sydney, I met a young man called Daniel and he introduced me to some of his friends. Then Daniel asked me to stay with his family in Sydney so in the end, I stayed with them for two months. It was the best holiday of my life.
